I am a Clinical Associate Professor at the College of Education, University of Florida. I teach in the Educational Technology Program and coordinate the online Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction (Specialization in Educational Technology) offered at the School of Teaching and Learning. I am lucky to be part of a team of enthusiastic, creative, and positive professionals.
My research interests include online education, blended learning, and the integration of emerging technologies in post-secondary environments. My own teaching and collaboration with educators across the world has taught me that technology, if used thoughtfully, can greatly enhance the learning experience and motivate learners. My current research focuses on quality in online education, mentoring in online environments, and transformational learning in online professional education.
